How Our Investment Partnerships Work
Step #1
You fund an individual project, usually a land purchase and/or a new home build.
Step #2
We manage the improvements such as clearing, grading, utilities, or construction.
Step #3
We sell the land (or home) for a profit, and you receive your agreed return.
Step #4
We do it again or cash you out. No pressure, no long-term lock-ins.
For select projects, we consider a cost-plus structure. This includes the cost of construction plus 15%. This model provides full transparency, reduces risk, and ensures a clear, trackable return for both parties based on real project costs.
Typical turnaround: 2–4 months
Smaller projects can range from $10,000–$20,000
Typical Projects are $75,000-$325,000
Typical returns: 15–20%, every 4 months, depending on scope and project size
