With over 35 years in the industry, I’ve seen what’s possible when people are given the right tools, and a clear plan. I started Affordable Opportunity Group to help landowners who feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed by the idea of building or selling.
I’m not an impersonal developer. I don’t cold-call people with lowball offers. What I do is show up, walk the land with you, and talk straight about how we can bring your vision to life or give you a fair way to move on.
